개인정보처리방침
주식회사 위니랩(이하 “운영자”)은 고요마음(goyomaum.com)을 운영하며, 이 방침에서 고요마음이 다루는 정보를 안내합니다. 고요마음에는 회원 가입과 계정, 결제 기능이 없습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
이름, 이메일, 전화번호를 입력받지 않습니다. 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 대화 기능이 없어 대화 내용도 없습니다.
2. 터에 있는 동안 다루는 정보
터에 들어가면 자동으로 붙은 이름, 캐릭터 색, 위치, 앉기·인사 같은 동작이 실시간 서버를 거쳐 같은 터의 이용자에게 전달됩니다. 이 정보는 접속 중에만 서버 메모리에 있고, 터를 나가면 사라지며 파일로 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 함께 가꾸는 식물과 촛불
화단이나 텃밭에 식물을 심으면 서버가 식물의 종류, 짧은 메모, 메모를 쓸 때 보인 질문, 심은 자리, 심은 시각, 마지막으로 물을 준 시각, 자란 정도를 파일로 저장합니다. 이 정보는 같은 방에 들어온 모든 이용자에게 보입니다. 마지막으로 물을 준 뒤 33분(30분 뒤 시들고, 그 뒤 3분) 동안 아무도 물을 주지 않으면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
촛불을 밝히면 서버가 초의 색, 짧은 바람 글, 글을 쓸 때 보인 질문, 밝힌 시각, 남에게 보이지 않게 할지 여부를 파일로 저장합니다. 촛불은 같은 방의 모든 이용자에게 보이고, 바람 글도 함께 보입니다. 다만 '남에게 보이지 않게'를 고르면 서버가 바람 글과 질문을 다른 이용자에게 보내지 않습니다. 촛불은 밝힌 뒤 최대 12시간 14분 동안 타며, 다 타면 위 정보가 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 한 방에 촛불이 많아 오래된 촛불이 먼저 꺼질 때도 같이 삭제됩니다. 꺼진 뒤에는 방마다 지금까지 밝힌 촛불의 개수만 남습니다.
심거나 돌보거나 촛불을 밝힌 사람의 이름, IP주소, 기기 식별자는 저장하지 않습니다. 메모와 바람 글에는 주소나 연락처, 욕설을 적을 수 없으며 서버가 확인해 거절합니다. 개인정보를 적지 말아 주세요.
4. 방문 합계
서버는 서비스 운영을 위해 날짜별 합계만 파일로 저장합니다. 입장 수, 시간대별 입장 수, 터별 입장 수, 머문 시간 구간별 인원, 최고 동시 인원, 정원이 차서 입장하지 못한 횟수가 여기에 해당합니다. 접속 경로(웹사이트 또는 토스 앱) 구분값도 받아 위 숫자를 경로별 일별 합계로만 나눠 셉니다. 합계에는 이름, IP주소, 기기 식별자가 들어가지 않으며 특정 개인을 알아볼 수 없습니다.
5. 브라우저에 저장하는 정보
다음 값은 이용자의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에만 저장되고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

6. 외부 서비스
고요마음을 이용하면 아래 서비스를 거치게 됩니다. 이때 IP주소와 브라우저 정보 같은 접속 정보가 각 사업자에게 전달될 수 있으며, 그 처리는 각 사업자의 방침을 따릅니다. 고요마음의 서비스 코드는 IP주소를 저장하지 않습니다.

찻집에서 지역을 적어 찾으면, 적은 지역 문자열과 고른 종류가 검색을 위해 고요마음 서버를 거쳐 eat.pl(BC카드) 또는 검색 중계 서버로 전달됩니다. 고요마음 서버는 같은 검색에 다시 답하려고 결과를 몇 분 동안 메모리에만 두며, 적은 지역을 파일이나 기록으로 저장하지 않습니다. 너무 잦은 검색을 막기 위해 IP주소를 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 값을 1분 남짓 메모리에만 둡니다. 목록의 상세 링크를 누르면 eat.pl 페이지가 새 탭에서 열리며, 그 뒤의 처리는 eat.pl의 방침을 따릅니다.
Cloudflare Web Analytics 연결 코드가 있지만 현재는 꺼져 있어 방문 분석 스크립트를 불러오지 않습니다.
7. 이메일 문의
이메일로 문의하면 보낸 분의 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받게 되며, 문의에 답하는 데 사용합니다.

English summary
Goyo Maum (goyomaum.com) is operated by WinieLaB. It has no sign-up, accounts, or payments, and it uses no cookies and has no chat.
- While you are in a place, your automatically given name, color, position, and actions are relayed to others in the same place. They stay in server memory only while you are connected and are not saved to a file.
- If you plant something in a flower bed or a raised bed, the server saves its kind, your short note, the question shown, the spot, when it was planted, when it was last watered, and how far it has grown. Everyone in the same room can see it. It is deleted automatically 33 minutes after the last watering (it wilts after 30 minutes, then disappears 3 minutes later).
- If you light a candle, the server saves its color, your short wish, the question shown, when it was lit, and whether you chose to hide the wish from others. Everyone in the same room can see the candle and its wish. If you choose to hide it, the server does not send the wish or the question to anyone else. A candle burns for up to 12 hours 14 minutes, and this information is deleted automatically when it burns out, or earlier if an older candle is put out to make room. After that, only the number of candles lit in each room is kept.
- No names, IP addresses, or device identifiers are saved with plants or candles. Please do not put personal information in a note or a wish.
- The server also saves daily totals, such as entries, entries by hour and place, time-spent ranges, and peak concurrency. It also receives whether you came through the website or the Toss app, and keeps this only as daily totals by route. These totals contain no names, IP addresses, or device identifiers.
- Your language, volume, help-seen flag, daily counts, and the list of plant notes and candle wishes you chose to hide (
goyo.hiddenMemos) are kept in your browser's localStorage and are not sent to the server. Clearing your site data removes them. - Using Goyo Maum goes through Vercel (web hosting), Amazon Web Services Lightsail (real-time server), Cloudflare (domain DNS), and Google Fonts (fonts). These providers may receive connection data such as your IP address, under their own policies. Our service code does not store IP addresses. Cloudflare Web Analytics is currently off.
- If you search in the tea house, the area you type and the kind you choose are passed through our server to eat.pl (BC Card) or a search relay server. Our server keeps results in memory for a few minutes and does not save what you type. To limit very frequent searches, it keeps an unrecognizable value derived from your IP address in memory for about a minute. Opening a detail link takes you to eat.pl, whose own policy then applies.
- If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them to reply.
